Ticket Terms

• All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

• Ticket holders must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by El Masnaa in writing.

• A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented for entry.

• Late arrival or failure to follow event timing and schedule does not qualify for any refund or compensation.

Program and Content

• Event schedule, programming, artists, activities, and venue details are subject to change without prior notice.

• Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.

Entry Policy

• Entry is subject to security checks and compliance with event rules.

• El Masnaa reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund if they breach these Terms & Conditions, appear intoxicated in a disruptive or unsafe manner, engage     in illegal or inappropriate behavior, or pose a risk to safety or security.

• All decisions by event management and security are final.

Conduct Rules

• Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.

• Any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.

• Illegal substances are not allowed.

• External recording equipment without prior approval is not permitted.

Media & Recording Consent

• By entering the event, attendees consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may be used for promotional purposes.

• Professional recording equipment is not allowed without prior approval.

Ticket Scalping

• Tickets resold through unauthorized platforms may be voided without refund.

Liability

• Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.

• El Masnaa is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, accidents, or indirect damages.

Force Majeure

• El Masnaa is not liable for cancellation, postponement, or changes caused by events beyond its control including war, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or natural                  disasters.

• Tickets may remain valid for rescheduled dates. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Privacy

• Personal data may be collected for ticketing, communication, and event updates.

• Data may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law.

• All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Ticket Delivery

• Tickets will be delivered electronically after successful payment.

• Entry requires presenting the e-ticket and valid identification at the venue.
